Now benefits from an automated renewal system
Automatically emails your members when their renewal is due; sends out the reminder x days (specified by you) before the account expires.  Then to renew their account all they need to do is login and click the renewal link which automatically appears at the end of the members page, this automatically takes them to PayPal and if they pay successfully the account is automatically renewed for the duration selected by that member.

When a new member joins you can set the system to auto activation of new members or manual activation (where you login as Admin to the admin area and activate - or delete - the new member).

When you login to the admin area you can then manage your members.  You can view, modify or delete any members' details. 

Adding new content to your members area: Add new sections by simply uploading new HTML files to the content folder, these new files then appear on the members menu automatically.

To use this application no in-depth knowledge of programming is required.  An auto install is provided, and to manage the admin area all you'll need is experience of HTML and how to FTP your files to your server.

Limiting factor: 

phpAutoMembersArea is tested and designed to run on Linux and Unix (FreeBSD) - NOT Windows servers.  A .htaccess file is used to restrict access to the content folder (the location of your members content).
